Move through your day with ease.
Hands-on adjustments and simple movement guidance for sore backs, stiff necks and bodies that just want to feel like themselves again.
We listen first, adjust gently, and send you home with a few small movements that make the good feeling last.
Care shaped around how you live.
Every session starts with where you feel it and what you would like to get back to — lifting your kids, a long run, or simply a comfortable night's sleep.

- 04
Gentle care for every stage
Low-force techniques suited to pregnancy, later life, or anyone who prefers a softer touch.
Three calm steps, no rush.
Your first appointment is longer than the rest, so there is room to talk, move and ask anything.
- Step one
Conversation & assessment
We talk through your history and daily routine, then look at how you move, stand and turn.
- Step two
A clear plan
You hear what we found in plain language, along with an honest suggestion for next steps.
- Step three
Treatment & take-home
With your consent we begin gentle care, and you leave with a short set of movements for home.
Small habits, steady change.
Adjustments help most when your week supports them. These are the pieces we build together.
Breath & release
Slow breathing patterns that soften tension in the shoulders and jaw.
Mobility routines
Five-minute sequences to keep hips, spine and shoulders moving freely.
Rest that restores
Simple sleep and recovery positions that give your back a real break.
Good to know.
If your question isn't here, add it to your visit request and we'll answer before you arrive.
Does an adjustment hurt?
Most people describe it as a relief rather than pain. You may hear a small pop, which is simply gas releasing from a joint. We check in throughout and always offer gentler options.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move and bend in — leggings, joggers or loose trousers and a soft top are ideal.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on you. After your assessment we suggest a plan and review it regularly, so you are never locked into a long course you don't need.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed to book. If anything in your assessment suggests you would be better supported elsewhere, we will tell you and help you find the right next step.
